Marquin Martha
Executive Director & Founder
International stylist originally trained in Paris and London. Established Marquin Salon in Chicago after moving to the U.S. in 2000. Distinguished career includes work with the U.S. competitive team as competitor, coach, and mentor. His passion for craft and competitive excellence drives the vision for ABS revitalization.

Educator on professional stages for over two decades with a global social media following of over one million. Founder of Uberzoot Hair Co. in Sea Island, Georgia. Philanthropist supporting at-risk youth in South Georgia and vocational schools in Ghana.

As Department Head of Hair and Makeup for ABC Chicago, Alx has led creative teams for over 30 years, earning a reputation for consistency, leadership, and excellence. Works internationally for red carpet appearances, weddings, high-profile events, television, print, and film productions.

Nearly five decades of experience in the beauty industry, empowering professionals through advanced training and artistic precision haircutting. In 1982 opened a John Amico supply and training center and salon in Waikiki, and served as Secretary of the Hawaii Hairdressers Association. Founding member of the John Amico “Share the Wealth” education program, significantly impacting beauty professionals since 1998. Owner and Creative Director of Top Reviews Salon, Inc. since 2004.
